D1 suffered from a medical event while he was at the traffic light facing south on NW Stewart Parkway. D1 crossed over NW Garden Valley Blvd. and jumped over the curb and sidewalk crashing into a pond and tree near the Duck Pond. No injuries were reported.

DETAILS:

Mark contacted Officers regarding a previous case he was involved with. During the contact, Officers discovered Mark had the aforementioned warrant. The warrant was confirmed, and Mark was taken into custody without incident. Mark was transported to Douglas County Corrections however, due to medical issues, Mark was not able to be lodged.

DETAILS:

Officers contacted Guiterrez at his camp. The camp was spread over a 20x20 area and had a substantial amount of trash. Guiterrez's camp violated the Manner portion of the Time, Place, and Manner restrictions and he had three prior convictions for Prohibited Camping. Guiterrez was taken into custody without incident and transported to Douglas County Corrections.

DISPOSITION:

Lodged at Corrections.
